Compu-Weigh, Australian manufacturer of  Batch  weighing machines, is based in Wagga Wagga NSW. which is strategically located half way between Sydney and Melbourne. We originally commenced operations in Perth WA in 1989.

We have a number of areas of expertise:

Batchweighers: We manufacture , single head, multi-head and Combination Weighing Machines or Scales for target dumps of milligrams to 25kg. These machines are typically used as the "Fill" part of a Form Fill & Seal ( FFS ) system. Our Batch Weighing machines have been applied on products as varied as: pet food, cake mix, pasta, plaster, kitty litter, dried fruit, brown sugar, diamonds and gold, garlic cloves, frozen fish etc. The controls are used to provide a number of feed rates as it approaches target weight as well as providing all other outputs and inputs to control a process or a machine.

Our low cost entry level machine is designed for manual / semi-automatic operation and is aimed at speeds up to 10bpm, typically handled by one unskilled operator. Our machines are also referred to as Batching Scales, Net Weigh Scale, Gross Weigh Scale and Weigh Filler.

Concrete: By installing a computer system over and above the existing manual push button system, the Compu-Weigh software package completely automates the formulation and batching of concrete according to formulae supplied. Extensive reporting from stock to accruals is available. The package is customised to suit stationery or mobile plants that utilise front end loader batching or overhead bins.Our system can handle multiple batches in a Queue, and will batch 2 batches at the one time.
