Refurbishment of machines. Typical machines converted: Weighing machines, Liquid fillers, Concrete plants, Factory control. Steps to Control overhaul. 1. Complete removal of all electrical control components. This means PLC, relays , Touch Screen and other control devices. Items such as Power transformer , solonoids and machine control mechanics may be retained. 2. Replacement Parts. Locally available parts are purchased and assembled in existing enclosure, or may be supplied in a new ss box with LCD display mounted in the door. Industrial grade boards are used. 3. Functional analysis. The task of the machine is documented so that the timing and performance of mechanical components behave as intended, or better. 4. Software customisation. A standard Graphical User Interface (GUI) is adapted to allow all the required functions of the machine to be monitored or adjusted. Recipes are customised so that the operator can easily change the behaviour of the machine to suit the particular product being produced. Reports are created if required and connection to another Network will allow the transfer of these reports. |
